Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

We provide and use environmentally friendly supplies, including EPA-registered disinfectants, and bring all the necessary equipment to clean your apartment.

This includes vacuums, mops, step stools, toilet brushes, and specialty products like heavy-duty bathroom cleaners, wood cleaners, bleach, and stainless steel cleaners.

If you have specific products or equipment you prefer, we’re happy to use them – just leave them out in clear view with any necessary instructions for our cleaning staff.

Can I give specific instructions to the cleaners and ask for special requests?

Yes, special instructions can be left for the cleaning professional when you schedule your appointment online. After the clean is complete, you can rate your MyClean experience and provide feedback submitting to contact@heytidybee.com

How do I pay for my clean?

We accept all major credit and debit cards with a MasterCard, Visa, or Interac e-Transfer

We do not accept cash payments.

What is your tipping policy?

Tipping is optional and not expected. You are free to tip, and cleaners are free to accept, but not request tips, at any time.

Yes, we offer Airbnb cleaning services! Our team ensures that your rental is spotless and ready for the next guest.
